These are "flash" jackets that light up like CRAZY when any light hits them. Perfect for running outside in the early mornings before sunrise or after dark. The material is that of a thicker wind breaker. Not a breathable material but has a mesh liner to allow for airflow within the jacket. 
 
ALL sizes are in Adult sizes. For adult male about 6' tall 185 the large is a good fit with room to spare for layers. For women tested on a 5'6" woman about 135 the small was similar, with room to spare for layers and a slightly loose feel to it but comfortable.
